Chief Executive Officer

Scott has been in the lead role in real estate operations, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, property management, and investor relations, having completed more than $1B in commercial real estate transactions. He has a strong history of negotiating terms and managing transaction executions, leading to the successful navigation of complex deals in challenging markets.

President

 Aj  has provided property management for numerous destination shopping centers across the United States, creating experiential retail environments, building new retail and mixed-use lifestyle properties, in addition to turning around distressed properties. She has a strong track record of business administration that includes redevelopment,  tenant, customer and community relations, security management, along with successfully contributing to a collaborative work environment. Her hands-on approach has resulted in measurable cost savings and sales growth while exceeding income-generated goals. 

Vice President

 Mark has a proven talent for creating investment value, offering a high-level strategic perspective, and possessing deep expertise in complex real estate projects.  He assists with real estate asset management, financing and disposition of debt and equity transactions within the form's portfolio across the United States. In his roles as co-founder of Pinnacle Real Estate of the Ozarks (the leading independent real estate brokerage firm at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri), Pinnacle Real Estate Partners and Pinnacle Development Partners, he serves as a valued advisor and consultant to numerous project developers.  Additionally, Mark is frequently sought after for his expertise in real estate development, advisory services and project management by prestigious institutions and corporations. He has managed projects at all stages, proving consulting services in zoning, entitlements, permits and special economic programs. 

Chief Administrator

Kathy is an experienced real estate broker who specializes in research, planning and implementing recommended policies and programs.  Her commitment to transparency and responsive communication ensures both effectiveness and efficiency.  She is responsible for corporate administration and compliance. Kathy began her career as the Director of Truckstop Marketing, later working with Comdata, where she focused on selling and implementing policies for truck stop plazas.  In 2003, Kathy obtained her broker license, and in 2014 she and her husband, Mark, founded Pinnacle Real Estate of the Ozarks.
