In his roles as co-founder of Pinnacle Real Estate of the Ozarks (the leading independent real estate brokerage firm at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri), Pinnacle Real Estate Partners and Pinnacle Development Partners, he serves as a valued advisor and consultant to numerous project developers. Additionally, Mark is frequently sought after for his expertise in real estate development, advisory services and project management by prestigious institutions and corporations. He has managed projects at all stages, proving consulting services in zoning, entitlements, permits and special economic programs.

Kathy is an experienced real estate broker who specializes in research, planning and implementing recommended policies and programs. Her commitment to transparency and responsive communication ensures both effectiveness and efficiency. She is responsible for corporate administration and compliance. Kathy began her career as the Director of Truckstop Marketing, later working with Comdata, where she focused on selling and implementing policies for truck stop plazas. In 2003, Kathy obtained her broker license, and in 2014 she and her husband, Mark, founded Pinnacle Real Estate of the Ozarks.
